Ricky has been running charters out of Key Largo since 2003 and fishes these reefs year-round, so he knows what's biting before you ask.
Debbie, his first mate, works the deck — rigging lines, helping kids land their first fish, and cleaning your catch before you leave the dock. Reviewers mention them by name more than they mention the fish.
